L'apartament de 50m2 està a la urbanització Sot del Morer de Sant Pol de Mar davant de la platja, 10 min de l'estació de tren, 55km de Girona i 65 km de l'Aeroport de Barcelona amb autobús SAGALES directe. Està situat a primera planta amb vistes al jardí i mar des de la terrassa i accés directe a la platja. L'habitació es compon d'un llit doble i al saló hi ha un sofà-llit molt ampli per a dues persones. Hi ha un bany complet, cuina equipada amb rentadora, ventiladors, estufa per hivern, TV de pantalla plana, Wi-Fi a tot l'establiment i parking gratuit. El lliurament de claus es realitza en el mateix apartament de 16h a 21h amb opció a allargar. És un apartament lliure de fums i es permeten animals de companyia amb un cost addicional. A l'entrada es demanarà la taxa turística de 1.00 x persona x nit i la documentació i estarem a la vostra disposició gairebé les 24h per a qualsevol cosa que pugueu necessitar durant l'estada.

    Apartamento tranquilo, cómodo y bien equipado. Con acceso directo a la playa. Los días que estuvimos no hizo mucho calor y fue suficiente con los ventiladores. La comunicación con Ana fue rápida y atenta, tuvimos flexibilidad en el check in. Una estancia agradable.

    The flat is great, located close to the beach and 15 min walk from the town's center. Highly recommended if you wanna be steps away from the beach!

    Great apartment, steps from the beach, right by a small seaside town. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is functional, clean and cosy. Ana was very helpful in arranging our arrival and departure and with any questions we had.

    We had three really relaxing days at Rogers place. The communication with Roger was easy. The place is very nice and clean, even the towels and bed linen were smelling so good! Ana who gave us the keys, also was really helpful and gave us some extra recommendations for restaurants :) The apartment is located near a beautiful cove “Cala Roca Grossa”, 15 min by walk! We really recommend this place :)

    Very nice appartement to stay. Very nice and helpful people (Thanks Ana and Roger). The view is perfect, the access is very easy, perfect location. There is a private parking. The appartement is clean and there is all inside. I highly recommend.

    The location to the beach at San Pol de Mar is excellent just a few hundred metres via a causeway underneath the main road. The apartment is very nice and has all the amenities you require for a holiday on the Costa, and the underground garage is very welcome for your vehicle should you hire one. Ana, the apartment owner is lovely, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and contactable 24 hours a day. We needed an extra fan as the apartment does not have AC, and she came round the following day with an extra one for us. If you want a holiday away from the hoardes of the Costa Bravo, look no further than San Pol de Mar, lovely bars and restaurants, great beaches and this lovely quaint apartment, you won't be disappointed.

    Great apartment located in a quite zone, full of light, clean and with good access to the seaside. The apartment had all necessary appliances, comfortable bed, sofa and furniture to make your stay a pleasant one, including a fast WiFi. The host was quite friendly and efficient, helping me to arrange a smooth check-in. I highly recommend this property!
